Our Mission
Players Succeeding and Growing
We put soccer players first in everything we do and serve our players in the greater Turlock area to be the best they can be. We want to specialize and provide access to quality soccer for at-risk and under-served youth. We are tenacious about creating an environment that challenges, enriches, educates and promotes player development skills to be successful both on and off the field.
Our aim is to provide access to quality soccer programming at an affordable price to reach kids who otherwise might not be able to play. We have our own soccer fields, strong coaching, an affiliation with the local professional soccer team (Turlock Express), have the LaLiga Formation Methodology through Kimet Sport for the soccer programming along with a mentoring program in partnership with Stanislaus State to ensure kids not only do well in soccer, but also do well in the classroom. Our ultimate goal is for players to develop on and off the field.
5-Year Plan
Year 1: Get Established and Build the Foundation. Have at least three teams competing in any division of NorCal and State Cup. Get coaches familiar with the LaLiga methodology and provide reimbursement for coaching education. Have a successful tryout process. Build positive relationships with neighboring clubs. Ensure parents are communicated with and that all facets of our programming are marketed so parents and players can make informed decisions about the opportunity we present. Provide at least three soccer scholarships so kids can play regardless of their ability to pay. Get tutoring program started. Have a clinic with the Turlock Express.
Year 2: Build on the Foundation. Have at least five teams competing in any division of NorCal and State Cup with at least one team competing in a higher-level division (Gold level or above). Ensure coaches are comfortable with the LaLiga methodology and provide reimbursement for coaching education. Have positive, established relationships with neighboring clubs. Ensure parents are communicated with and that all facets of our programming are marketed so parents and players can make informed decisions about the opportunity we present. Provide at least five soccer scholarships so kids can play regardless of their ability to pay. Have tutoring program established. Have multiple clinics with the Turlock Express.
Year 3: Start to Grow: Have at least six teams competing in any division of NorCal and State Cup with at least two teams competing in a higher-level division (Gold level or above). Have at least two players make the Player Development Program (PDP) or equivalent. Win a tournament. Ensure coaches are beginning to be experts with the LaLiga methodology and sharpening their coaching skills while providing for reimbursement of their coaching education. Have positive, established relationships with neighboring clubs. Ensure parents are communicated with and that all facets of our programming are marketed so parents and players can make informed decisions about the opportunity we present. Provide at least six soccer scholarships so kids can play regardless of their ability to pay. Have tutoring program established. Have multiple clinics with the Turlock Express.
Year 4: Grow Well: Have at least eight teams competing in any division of NorCal and State Cup with at least three teams competing in a higher-level division (Gold level or above). Have at least four players make the Player Development Program (PDP) or equivalent team. Win multiple tournaments. Ensure coaches are experts with the LaLiga methodology and sharpening their coaching skills while providing for reimbursement of their coaching education. Have positive, established relationships with neighboring clubs. Ensure parents are communicated with and that all facets of our programming are marketed so parents and players can make informed decisions about the opportunity we present. Provide at least eight soccer scholarships so kids can play regardless of their ability to pay. Have tutoring program established. Have multiple clinics with the Turlock Express.
Year 5: Get Results: Have at least ten teams competing in any division of NorCal and State Cup with at least four teams competing in a higher-level division (Gold level or above). Have at least six players make the Player Development Program (PDP) or equivalent team and have at least one person be called up to the National Team. Win multiple tournaments. Ensure coaches are experts with the LaLiga methodology and sharpening their coaching skills while providing for reimbursement of their coaching education. Have positive, established relationships with neighboring clubs. Ensure parents are communicated with and that all facets of our programming are marketed so parents and players can make informed decisions about the opportunity we present. Provide at least ten soccer scholarships so kids can play regardless of their ability to pay. Have tutoring program established. Have multiple clinics with the Turlock Express.
